The story is a crime comedy. King Quokka is the head of the Mafia family running Rottnest Island. Unfortunately, that family now consists of only himself and his silent henchman Patty Melon. They are in hiding from the Dingo Gang from the mainland, to which they are heavily in debt. Together they must extort the inhabitants of the island to gather enough funds to pay the Dingos back before they are found and killed.​
